These plain-English terms explain how indicative estimates, fixed quotes and clearance work are handled. Final legal review is still required before launch.
Indicative estimates
Online estimates are indicative only. Final fixed quotes are confirmed once the load is verified by photos, on-site inspection or disposal/weighbridge confirmation where required.
Changes to supplied information
If the load is larger, heavier or materially different from the information supplied, we may revise the quote before work starts.
Access and safety
Quotes assume safe access, suitable parking and clear authority to remove the items. Hazardous or specialist waste may be refused or require a separate route.
Payment
Payment is normally due on completion or by invoice and bank transfer as agreed. Card payment links may be available on request after a fixed quote is confirmed.
