ClearPath may collect name, phone, email, postcode, service details, preferred date/time, notes, consent records and optional photos supplied for quote review.

Customer account access uses email sign-in links and session records so customers can view quote requests and customer-visible messages linked to their email. Plain login tokens are not intended to be stored.

Photos and quote details are used only to assess and respond to clearance requests, manage customer communication, record accepted jobs and meet legal, accounting or waste duty of care obligations.

Unconverted quote photos should be retained for 30 days and then deleted unless there is a lawful reason to keep them, such as an accepted job, dispute, accounting requirement, compliance record or customer account history need.

Transactional email uses Resend when configured. Analytics and advertising tags will not load unless consent is given.

Cloudflare Turnstile is used on quote submission forms to help protect the site from spam and abuse. The privacy and cookie wording should be reviewed against Cloudflare's current Turnstile documentation before launch.

Customers can ask for access, correction or deletion where the law allows. Contact details are currently TBC.
