Customer terms and conditions.
These terms are drafted for clarity and will need final legal review once company details, contact details and operating procedures are confirmed.
Authority to dispose
You confirm that you own the items or have permission from the owner to arrange removal and disposal.
Quotes
Estimates are not fixed quotes. Fixed quotes are normally valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. Urgent, heavy or complex jobs may have shorter validity.
Material variation
If the load, waste type, weight or access is materially different from the information supplied, the quote may be revised before work starts.
Payment
Payment is normally due on completion or by invoice/bank transfer as agreed. Commercial or landlord invoice terms may be offered only after approval.
Deposits
Deposits are not routine, but ClearPath may request a deposit after fixed quote acceptance for large, urgent, high-risk or special-order jobs.
Excluded waste
Asbestos, hazardous chemicals, fuels, oils, medical waste, sharps, gas bottles and contaminated materials are excluded unless a specialist route is expressly agreed.
Cancellation rights
Domestic customers may have cancellation rights where a booking is made online or by phone before services are performed.
Early service start
Early-start consent will be requested at the fixed quote or booking acceptance point where work is requested within the cancellation period.
